Mindful Moments offers you the perfect opportunity to step into a serene space where mindfulness and self-care come together. Led by Kristi Ivanova Espinoza, Founder of Mindful Mother Method, who embodies mindfulness in her own life and is dedicated to sharing its transformative benefits with other mothers through teaching and coaching.
The sessions are crafted to nurture your mind, body, and soul. Each session builds on the previous one(s) while remaining helpful and transformative on its own. Through proven methods such as breathwork, visualization, guided meditation, and more, you’ll reconnect with yourself, release stress, and create space for joy and clarity to carry forward.
With scheduling and budget considerations, we’ve designed a program that offers flexibility: you can attend the full program (12p-4p) or select individual hours that fit with your schedule. Either way, we guarantee valuable benefits tailored to your needs.
Make Sundays your sanctuary of mindful self-care—because, Mama, you absolutely deserve uninterrupted time to take a few deep breaths, feel recharged, refreshed, and free to be your self.
